When used for residential purposes, m-house is not subject to vat or stamp duty. We can deliver from Europe to anywhere in the world, flat-packed into two 40' standard shipping containers. The cost of a new residential m-house, completely finished and ex works is £147,500. Delivery obviously depends in location, but in the UK is unlikely to be more than £2,000. Craneage is similarly usually £2,000 and installation likely to be around £3,000.
